Muscle & Miles was founded by a small group of moving and logistics veterans with a combined 15+ years on trucks, in warehouses, and behind dispatch desks for other companies. We didn't come from an MBA program or a franchise brochure — we came from the loading dock.
Over the years, we watched the same pattern repeat itself across the industry: a low "too good to be true" phone quote, a bait-and-switch bill once the truck was already loaded, and a rotating cast of unvetted, undertrained labor treating a family's belongings like disposable cargo. Customers weren't being sold a service — they were being sold a gamble.
